filing a Damage claim
Please follow the steps below to assist us in:
- Take photos of damaged box. 
- Open box to examine contents, taking pertinent photos along the way. 
- Retain all packaging, boxes and damaged goods until given further instruction. 
- Email us at orders@casa-veronica.com with photos and short summation of the damage. 
- Please decide how to proceed and your preference: - Replacement item (subject to availability) 
- Store credit/exchange 
- Refund to your original method of payment. 
 
- We may follow up to request more details while we file a claim with our insurer, so please hold on to all goods until we can confirm the claim has been resolved.
