    • Casa Veronica recommends ordering additional material with your initial order, as add-on orders at a later date may not match or the product might no longer be available.

    • Bulk orders: 1 box = 50 pcs (5.56 sq. ft.).
      We highly recommend an additional 15-20% of tile to accommodate for varying measurements, preference in selecting tiles, and unexpected situations, such as future repairs or unforeseen damage.

    Bulk Orders: Estimated 6-20 weeks depending on quantity.

    • Tile orders are shipped via UPS and third-party freight (LTL) – based on the weight and type of product. While we provide shipping estimates at the time of your order, please note that they are subject to change. Our team or website calculates the shipping costs based on current prices and the combined weight of the materials.

    • All sample orders and any order that weighs less than 120 lbs will ship via UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders that exceed 120 lbs will ship out LTL. 

    • Buyer assumes all costs and responsibilities associated with shipping, insurance, duties, tariffs, and VAT.

  • Order Accuracy & Modifications
    Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details, including product variation notes, measurements and lead times, before purchasing. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours to request a correction. After this period, no changes can be made.

    Cancellations
    Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of receiving the confirmation email, as we begin processing your bulk order the following business day. To cancel, reply to your confirmation email with a brief explanation.

    Final Sale Policy
    After the stated modification and cancellation periods, all sales are final.
